Located in rural Mid Wales, we specialise in Natural Gas, LPG, Oil, Renewable Heating & Hot Water Systems. We are here for all your installation, repair and servicing requirements.

We are a family run business, fully qualified, Gas Safe Register & OFTEC registered and insured (5 million pounds public liability) to meet your varied needs.

First established in 2002 and now under the management of Richard Burrows since April 2009, Overall Maintenance Gas & Oil Services has been serving Mid Wales and its borders for nearly 10 years on repeat business and recommendation alone.

We pride ourselves on a complete service from phone call to finish and have a simple pricing structure. We go out of our way for our customers and also personally guarantee all jobs are done to the highest industry standards.

We have full capabilities and knowledge of 'renewable technologies' and are currently working towards becoming an MCS (Microgeneration Certification Scheme) registered business for Solar Thermal, Ground Source & Air To Water Heat Pumps. We aim to have our relevant certification before the Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) comes into force late 2012.

Overall Maintenance Gas & Oil Services are also fully qualified in Gas Commercial Catering (Natural Gas & LPG) and LPG Mobile & Event Catering (restaurants, care home kitchens, school kitchens, burger vans, lay-by cafes, public events, etc).

Many commercial catering standards and regulations have changed over the past few years. We comply fully to the Gas Safety Installation & Use Regulations (GSIUR) 1998, BS6173:2009, HSE Catering Sheets 3, 10 & 23 (Rev 1) and HVAC DW/172.

As a responsible business and employer ourselves, we understand the importance of making sure you are complying with the Health & Safety At Work Act 1974 and unfortunately, the regulations do not discriminate!

From small restaurant owner in a village to county council's with care homes, if you have gas fired catering equipment fitted it is your responsibility to ensure the guidelines in the GSIUR 1998 are adhered to. This means making sure that any gas appliance or flue (ventilation system and extract canopy) in a commercial kitchen is safe to use and this is normally done with an annual safety check (most insurance companies legally require this).
